How do you know they've seen it?
When your client opens the invoice page from the email or your link, we record it. That's the most reliable signal. We also show when the email itself was opened, which is a rough guide, since some mail apps load images automatically.
Will I be notified?
Yes. You get a notification the first time your client views the invoice, in the app and on your phone if you turn on notifications, and by email if you like.
What if the email doesn't arrive?
You'll see whether it was delivered, delayed or bounced, and get a notification if it bounced so you can check the address.
Is it free?
