Create an invoice
Choose a client, add your work and set the due date. Use naira or US dollars, your logo and payment instructions.

Choose Send to WhatsApp
The app checks the client's number. If it is missing or invalid, enter a WhatsApp number and its country for this share.

Review and send
WhatsApp opens with the message and invoice link. Tap Send there. You can edit the message before sending.
Questions
Does theHinvoicer send WhatsApp messages automatically?
No. This feature opens a prepared chat. You review and send the message in WhatsApp. Automated WhatsApp delivery is not included.
What happens when I share a draft?
After validating the number, theHinvoicer marks the draft as sent so its public link is accessible. You still need to tap Send in WhatsApp. Opening the chat does not confirm delivery.
Can I send a PDF invoice on WhatsApp?
The prepared message contains an invoice link, not an attached PDF. Your client can download the PDF from that page, or you can download it and attach it yourself in WhatsApp.
Can I share an invoice scheduled for email?
Stop or cancel its scheduled email first. theHinvoicer prevents WhatsApp sharing while the invoice is scheduled for email.
Can my client pay from WhatsApp?
The link opens the invoice and your payment instructions. Record payments in theHinvoicer when you receive them. Opening WhatsApp does not collect or verify a payment.
Is WhatsApp sharing included in Free?
Yes. Create a free account to share invoice links on WhatsApp within the Free plan's client and invoice limits.
