In theHinvoicer, create an account, save your business details, add a client and enter the line items. The app calculates the totals and generates the PDF. You can email it or share a link on WhatsApp. Your client can open the link without an account.
After a deposit or partial payment, record the amount so your next follow-up refers to the remaining balance. A receipt acknowledges money received; an invoice requests payment for the work.
